It’s 2023 and Neurotropico hemispheres have a new resolution to heal and protect through Nature! We are part of the rhythm of the Cosmos and that is why today we honor the possibility of transformation and the rebirth of hope.
And as part of a new cycle that starts with a calm mind and active body, please allow us to try and suggest conscious changes to impact our lives positively using ancestral knowledge.
Part of that change begins with the energy being charged into our shells, which means food for the mind and the body.
But first A Meditation by Marcus Aurelius the Roman emperor, a fascinating spiritual reflection,
“This you must always bear in mind, what is the nature of the whole, and what is my nature, and how this is related to that, and what kind of a part it is of what kind of a whole; and that there is no one who hinders you from always doing and saying the things that conform to the nature of which you are a part.”
How can we shape the future of Nature x Human interactions? Oxman Lab is tackling those problems with a whole new material system and principles inspired and engineered by Nature.
Let us dive into the use of plants for medicinal purposes.
This ancient practice has been recorded in many different cultures around the world. It is likely that humans first discovered the medicinal properties of plants through trial and error, as they observed the effects of different plants on their health and well-being.
Notable botanical personalities like Leonardo Da Vinci researched the medicinal properties of plants. His botanical studies helped lay the foundations for modern medicinal plant uses.
Medicinal plants like ginger, cardamon, and spearmint are part of Ayurvedic medicine in India; moreover many of them are considered to have significant nutritional value like moringa, and sávila and some of them possess components that activate with others; like turmeric and Pepper.
Flowers like Roses and Hibiscus are also medical plants and can be as refreshing as water and suitable for antioxidants.
Leonardo in one of these many studies describes a recipe made out of rose petals, and this recipe has been used in Middle Eastern Cultures for Centuries, and at Neurotropico Biolab, since we like experimenting we decided to make a variation of his recipe with our latest Potion VITA NOVA, a mix for clear skin and antioxidants.
